By-Law, 2016, that I, the undersigned, intend to apply to the City of Johannesburg for an amendment to the land use scheme and the removal of Condition 2(ii) in the Title Deeds of the properties.

Simultaneous amendment of the Peri-Urban Areas Town Planning Scheme, 1975, by the rezoning of Portions 7, 8 and 9 of Erf 335 Mid-Ennerdale Township from "Undetermined permitting two storeys" to "Residential 2 permitting two storeys, subject to certain conditions" in terms of Section 21 of the City of Johannesburg Municipal Planning By-Law, 2016 and the removal of Condition 2(ii) in Deeds of Transfer No's: T 000003657/2017, T 000003658/2017 and T 000003659/2017 in
respect of the said properties in terms of Section 41 of the City of Johannesburg Municipal Planning By-Law 2016.
The above application will be open for inspection from 08:00 to 15:30 at the Registration Counter, Department of Development Planning, Room 8100, 8th Floor A-Block, Metropolitan Centre, 158 Civic Boulevard, Braamfontein.
